According to a statement three suspects belonging to Colombia_s most notorious gang Clan Usuga were arrested in the raid. The search is still on for gang leader Dario Antonio Usuga. The U.S. State Department is offering a reward of up to 5 MILLION DOLLARS for information leading to his arrest It was the hottest April in recorded history and it_s part of a trend that has scientist declaring this a _climate emergency._ April marked the seventh straight month of record setting global temperatures and three months in a row of record-breaking margins of increase. All of which has 2016 on track to be the hottest year ever  On the lighter side of hot weather meteorologist Liberte Chan finds herself at the heart of a storm.
